Some paintings carry their meaning before they ever have a name.
As I painted Tunnel of Love, love seemed to be everywhere—in the movement, the colors, the forms, and simply in the feeling of creating it. Nothing needed to be explained or searched for. It was just there.
Perhaps love is like that. We sometimes look for it in particular people, places, or moments, when all the while it surrounds us in countless forms.
Tunnel of Love is simply a celebration of that feeling—the reminder that when we are open to love, we may discover it everywhere.
