SHIPPING:

FREE shipping to all U. S. addresses.

All orders will be shipped USPS within 3-4 days and will be received 5-7 days later.

For international orders please send email to ValentineCollection@outlook.com for cost of shipping for which the buyer will be responsible.  The buyer is also responsible for any customs fees.  Check with your local customs for these rates if applicable.

REFUNDS:

Please choose your painting carefully as all sales are final unless damaged in shipping.

If you have any questions regarding any painting that is not in the description, please email me at ValentineCollection@outlook.com and I will respond immediately. The colors of the painting on the website are very accurate but could look slightly different depending on the lighting in your home. I want you to be happy with your purchase so let’s work together if you have any questions.  The paintings look even more beautiful than the website as the depth of colors and iridescence is difficult to capture fully in a photo.

If damage occurs in shipping, please notify me within 7 days and send picture of damage.

If you ordered an original painting that was damaged, I will refund your payment once I receive the picture of the damage.

If you received a print that was damaged, I will replace your print at no extra cost.
